1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a reservation or purchase through our website, email, WhatsApp, or other official channels, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Cusco Apus Tours offers, among others:

Tour packages to Machu Picchu
Tours in Cusco and surrounding areas
Sale of train tickets (PeruRail, Inca Rail, or others)
Transportation services, tour guides, and entrance tickets
All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of third-party providers.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

To confirm a booking, full or partial payment is required, depending on the service.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (full names, passport or ID number, dates, etc.).
Errors in the provided information may result in penalties or total loss of the service, with no right to refund.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) or Peruvian soles (PEN).
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment methods.
Some payments may be subject to bank or payment gateway fees.

5. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Change and refund conditions vary depending on the type of service and the supplier involved.

⚠️ Important:

Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable according to the Ministry of Culture regulations.
Train tickets are subject to the policies of the railway operator (PeruRail / Inca Rail).
No Show: Failure to appear on the day of the service results in total loss of the service with no refund.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to:

Respect established schedules
Follow safety and conduct rules
Carry valid identification documents (passport or ID)
Be responsible for their health condition and physical fitness

7. AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY

Cusco Apus Tours acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers.

We are not responsible for:

Delays or cancellations due to external causes (weather, strikes, natural disasters)
Personal losses or damages
Decisions made by government authorities

8. ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

For operational, weather, or safety reasons, the agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary order, always ensuring the quality of the contracted service.

9. WEBSITE USE

It is prohibited to:

Copy content without authorization
Use the website for fraudulent purposes
Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
