Itinerary
Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) by ATV – Tour Itinerary
CUSCO – CUSIPATA – PITUMARCA – PARKING LOT – RAINBOW MOUNTAIN – CUSCO
We’ll begin our adventure early in the morning with a hotel pick-up in our minivan. After about two hours heading south of Cusco, we’ll arrive in the charming town of Cusipata for a delicious breakfast to fuel our day.
After breakfast, we continue on a narrow road for another two hours until we reach the ATV parking area. There, our team will give you a safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the ATV for a safe and enjoyable ride.
Once ready, we’ll start our exciting ride along a route offering spectacular views of the mountains, snow-capped peaks, and high-Andean wildlife. After approximately 30 minutes of riding, we’ll reach the starting point of a short 10-minute walk that leads to the stunning Rainbow Mountain.
At the summit, you'll have enough time to take amazing photos and learn about Vinicunca and its surrounding landscape. After enjoying the beauty of the area, we’ll return the same way we came.
We’ll stop again in Cusipata for a hearty lunch before making our way back to Cusco, where we expect to arrive around 4:00 PM.
