Itinerary

Day 1: Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Humantay Lake – Cusco

Pick-up from your hotel will be between 4:30 and 5:10 am.
We’ll drive from Cusco to the community of Mollepata, which takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast to prepare for the hike.
After breakfast, we’ll continue by car from Mollepata to Soraypampa (approximately 45 minutes). From there, we’ll begin our hike to Humantay Lake.
The uphill hike to the lake takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Once at Humantay Lake, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the stunning views and take photos.
After the visit, we’ll descend back to Soraypampa and drive to Mollepata for a well-deserved buffet lunch.
Finally, we’ll return by car to Cusco, arriving between 6:00 and 6:30 pm.

Important Information

We use modern vehicles and organize small groups of 14–15 people (maximum 18).
Our professional guides speak both Spanish and English and carry a first aid kit and oxygen bottles in case of emergencies.
Breakfast includes fruit juice, hot drinks like coca tea, chamomile, regular tea or coffee, bread, jam, butter, and fruit salad.
The buffet lunch is Andean-style, prepared with local ingredients, and includes a variety of options.
Trekking poles are provided to help with balance and stability during the hike.
The entrance fee to Humantay Lake (10 soles) is included and managed by the local community.
