Itinerary

Day 1: Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Humantay Lake – Cusco

Day 1: Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Humantay Lake – Cusco

  • Pick-up from your hotel will be between 4:30 and 5:10 am.
  • We’ll drive from Cusco to the community of Mollepata, which takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast to prepare for the hike.
  • After breakfast, we’ll continue by car from Mollepata to Soraypampa (approximately 45 minutes). From there, we’ll begin our hike to Humantay Lake.
  • The uphill hike to the lake takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Once at Humantay Lake, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the stunning views and take photos.
  • After the visit, we’ll descend back to Soraypampa and drive to Mollepata for a well-deserved buffet lunch.
  • Finally, we’ll return by car to Cusco, arriving between 6:00 and 6:30 pm.
