Sacred Valley Luxury Full Day Tour

6:00 - 7:00 am : Pick up at the hotel - Departure from Cusco

We will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Cusco between 6:00 and 7:00 am. Then, we will start our tour of the magical Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Chinchero - Living culture and Andean textiles

Chinchero is a picturesque village located at 3,762 m.a.s.l. famous for its panoramic views and rich cultural heritage.

• We visit the Inca archaeological center, with agricultural terraces and perfectly constructed walls.
• We enter the colonial temple that stands on an ancient Inca structure, a symbol of cultural mixing.
• We share with a local community, where you will learn about the ancestral process of Andean weaving with alpaca wool and natural dyes.

Moray - The agricultural laboratory of the Incas

Just 30 minutes from Chinchero, we arrive at Moray, a set of circular terraces that the Incas used as an agricultural laboratory.

• Each level of the terraces has its own microclimate.
• Here they studied crops and adaptations to the climate.
• Our guide will explain their ingenious design and function.

Maras - Salt mines of Maras

We continue to the town of Maras to visit the impressive salt mines, a system of more than 3,000 natural salt ponds that are extracted by evaporation.

• These ponds have been used since pre-Inca times.
• The contrast of the white tones with the reddish mountains is impressive.

Urubamba - Buffet lunch

We stop in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, to enjoy a buffet lunch with regional Andean cuisine.

• Vegetarian option and typical dishes such as quinotto, Andean ceviche or aji de gallina.
• Time to rest and recharge your batteries.

Ollantaytambo - Living Inca Fortress

After lunch, we explore Ollantaytambo, one of the best preserved Inca cities.

• We visit its archaeological center, where the huge stone walls and the Temple of the Sun stand out.
• This place was key in the Inca resistance against the Spanish.
• In addition, the town retains its original Inca layout and water channels still in use.

Pisac - Archeology and handicraft market

Our last stop is Pisac, where we will visit:

• The archaeological site of Pisac, built on top of a mountain with terraces, tunnels and temples.
• The handicraft market, ideal for buying handmade souvenirs, such as textiles, ceramics or silver jewelry.

7:00 pm : Return to Cusco

After a day full of history, culture and unforgettable landscapes, we return to Cusco arriving at approximately 7:00 pm.
