Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco – Hidroeléctrica – Aguas Calientes
- Early pick up in Cusco from your accommodation or meeting point.
- Travel by minivan to the Sacred Valley and then to the high jungle, passing through the towns of Ollantaytambo, Santa Maria and Santa Teresa.
- Arrival to Hidroeléctrica, where you will take a break and lunch will be served.
- Begin trekking along the train tracks to Aguas Calientes (approx. 3 hours).
- Arrival in Aguas Calientes, installation in the lodge and free time to explore the town or visit the hot springs (optional).
